如果用外在的座標來定義你是誰，你永遠不會快樂。

假若有人退追蹤或貼文沒達到你期待的讚數會讓你因此煩躁或不滿意...休息吧！
盡量用內在的座標去定義你自己。
每一個人都有內在的座標，有時候就是需要跟網路斷線一下才能找得到。

沒有人優於或劣於其他人，只有某些人在某項領域的道路上走得比較遠些；只有某些人在生活中擁有比較多機會或經驗。

A person’s value is not defined by the number of followers one has on any social media platform. Nor does the number of likes you get have any connection to how good a person you are. You have the same value you always had, even with zero social media presence. If you define your value by external coordinates you will never be happy.
If you feel a restless dissatisfaction with in yourself when you get less “likes” than you had hoped or when someone “unfollows” Stop! Try to define yourself by internal coordinates, that which we all intrinsically have by simply being human.
Sometimes this may mean you need to disconnect from the internet for a while.
No one is better or worse than anyone else, they may simply be further down a particular path or have had more or less experiences or opportunities than those around them.
